This policy explains what we collect when you book a cab with us, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

When you make a booking or send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address and pickup and drop locations. We collect this because we cannot send a driver to an address we do not have, or call you back on a number we were never given.

We do not take card or bank details at any point. There is no online payment on this website — you pay the driver directly, so we never handle your payment information.

How we use your information

Your details are used to confirm and run your trip: to call you back, to give the driver a pickup address, and to send you a booking confirmation. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the driver assigned to your trip.

Cookies

This site uses a cookie only to keep an administrator logged in to the private admin area. No advertising or tracking cookies are set for ordinary visitors.
