Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us, either through the website or by phone. Fares shown at the time of booking are based on the trip details you provide — actual distance may vary slightly and any difference is settled with the driver.

Cancellations

Local trips can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. Outstation trips carry a driver allowance and a minimum billed distance for the journey — on a round trip, a minimum of 250 km and one driver allowance for every day the car is booked out, since the car and driver remain committed to you for the whole period. These apply regardless of cancellation timing once a driver has been assigned. Our Cancellation Policy sets out the notice periods in full. There is no online payment on this site — every fare is settled with the driver directly.

Charges

Tolls and state taxes are charged as per actual, in addition to the quoted fare. A night charge of ₹300 applies to pickups scheduled after 10 PM.

Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure timely, safe service, but we're not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
